Vercel Connect review time

It stays live: the badge updates as the numbers move.

Latest from Vercel · 29 SeptVercel Connect now accepts service submissions, so providers no longer wait for Vercel to build a connector. Submitting takes four steps: describe the service, add OAuth or API key connection methods, verify each OAuth method by requesting a real token through a test connector, and send it for review. Vercel reviews each submission before publishing it to the directory. (Vercel changelog)

Approvals after a long wait, stalls, big changes. A few emails a month at most; one-click unsubscribe.

Common questions

How long does Vercel Connect review take?

There are not enough reports yet to give a number (0 so far, as of 1 October 2026). Open to submissions since 29 Sep 2026, from Submit a Service in the Vercel dashboard. Four steps: describe the service, add OAuth or API key connection methods, verify each OAuth method by requesting a real token through a test connector, then send it for review. Vercel reviews every submission before publishing it to the directory; changes go through Edit and Resubmit.

How do I submit a service to Vercel Connect?

Since 29 September 2026, from Submit a Service in the Vercel dashboard (Connect, then Browse Connectors). Describe the service, add OAuth or API key connection methods, get a real token through a test connector for each OAuth method, then submit. Vercel reviews every submission before it appears in the directory.

What does Vercel Connect need from an OAuth service?

Discovery documents it can read (RFC 8414 or OpenID Connect, served as JSON) that declare your token endpoint and grant types, and the redirect URL https://connect.vercel.com/callback. It can create the OAuth client itself when you offer Dynamic Client Registration or Client ID Metadata Documents. Vercel checks each test token on its servers when you submit, so keep the test connector in your team.
